If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.

I purchased a flower arrangement for my gf's birthday and the final product was amazing. I am beyond happy with my purchase. I called the shop to thank them after I saw a photo of the flowers. The service was amazing as well. The shop lady, Nara, called me the morning of the delivery to ask me if she could use a different color rose in the arrangement as they were out of color that was displayed on the online photo. We both agreed to a color and she promised me it would be beautiful. The arrangement was prettier than the one displayed online in my opinion. My gf was in awe of the flowers and she was showered in compliments later that evening when hosting friends at how beautiful the arrangement was.
